1 · The service
321 Study provides online video lectures, mock examinations and study materials for ICAN and ANAN exam preparation, streamed on a time-limited subscription per course. We are an independent tuition provider — we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, ICAN or ANAN.
2 · Your account
You must give accurate details when creating an account and keep your password confidential. An account is personal to one student: sharing login details, or letting others stream through your account, is a breach of these terms and can lead to suspension without refund.
3 · Subscriptions & payment
Each course is sold as 1, 3 or 6 months of streaming access, priced in Nigerian Naira. Payment is a one-time charge per plan — there is no automatic renewal and we never charge your card without you initiating a payment. Payments are processed by licensed third-party providers; we do not see or store your full card details.
4 · Expiry & renewal
Your access timer starts when payment is confirmed and ends when the plan elapses. Renewing before or after expiry adds the new plan's days to whatever remains; your watch progress, completed lessons and notes are preserved.
5 · Refunds
If something is wrong with a course — lectures won't play, materials are missing — contact us within 7 days of payment and we will fix it, credit you, or refund you. We don't refund for change of mind after you have started streaming a course, or for unused days on an expired plan.
6 · Acceptable use
Lectures and materials are for your personal study only. You may not record, download, re-stream, resell or redistribute any content, or attempt to bypass streaming protections. Downloadable resources marked for offline use may be kept for personal study but not shared.
7 · Intellectual property
All lectures, materials, branding and software remain the property of 321 Study or its licensors. Subscribing gives you a licence to stream — not ownership of any content.
8 · No guarantee of results
We prepare you thoroughly, but exam results depend on many factors. Statistics shown on this site describe past student outcomes and are not a promise that you will pass.
9 · Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
